Hello sir am shaheen and I have 2 brothers my father died in September 2014 and now my brothers are quarrelling that they will not give me the share in that shop exceed 1crore am physically handicapped so I have a right to take my share in that property

Sir they are telling that my father has given that property as gift to them and I have no right in that shop because my father has given me some amount in my marriage that's y they are not willing to give my share its right or I can claim

A Muslim can gift his property. But that has to be proved - as to when and in whose presence the gift was given.
You have to first send a legal notice asking for your share in the property. If they do not give your share, then you have to file a suit demanding your share.
