How you say the property is ancestral?

If it is registered in the name of your father, it may not be ancestral, discuss with your lawyer, show him all related documents.

Property of father may not be taken in account in the matrimonial dispute of son and his wife.
cherukuri prasad (Expert) 07 October 2016
Ancestral property not decided for maintenance. Maintenance is based on income received by husband.
