Dear experts,

I need your advice on below case.

I m divorce now, but a maintenance case is still going on. Can i do registered marriage in court? Please advice

Your Divorce is Not 100% completed until the Maintenance Case comes to an end.Have a Second Marriage with Clean Hands after sorting out all the Pending Issues and after completion of 90 days after all the Issues are Over.

If you are having a good proposal, discuss with your lawyer in the light of details of divorce decree and if nothing prevent you to proceed for marriage in decree, remarry.

Inform the court accordingly.

Chances are there that you may have to loose your maintenance case.

Maintenance may not be of much importance, if your life is settled in better way.
