I have completed LLb this year and seeking for registration in Delhi Bar Council.
I have been convicted in false case of 498A. The same is fixed for PE in court.
After Registration, Can I produce my vakalatnama in court? (AIBC exam are not done)
Secondly Will it effect on case of 125 or not. as I have not started practice.(Registration not done.)
I heard a news that 1 lawyer lost his (10 years experience.)registration as he was convicted in a case of 498A
Please suggest what I can do?

Yes.. At the time of your enrollment you have to mentioned to your bar counsil about your case details.. A specific coloum will be there as, ''you have be convicted for any criminal offence?, or any criminal cases pending against you?, if yes mean enclose the details'' then bar counsel wil decide that whether approve your registration or not,.

One more thing friend, vakalatha nama not a mandatory to any case's proceedings.. If a layman having knowledge about law mean he can deal his case as IN PERSON. You are an advocate.. Then what you can proceed your case as in person. All the best.. .. Tom..

I have already hired a lawyer and already paid a lot to him. He is a lawyer from Supreme court. Can I still deal this case as IN PERSON with my lawyer. What about 125CRPC if they got information that I m an advocate now what could be effect on maintenance.(which is still to be decided)

Then about 125 cr.p.c.. What ever you may be.. But as a husband its your duty to maintain your wife and kids.. Even its depends upon your income.. The burden of proof about your income is your wife's..

Since you have been convicted,it is a bar for enrolment as advocate. You will not be permitted to enrol. If you suppress this, the bar council would take serious action when it comes to its notice.

To support the opinion of both the experts above, I suggest to get the charges against you are disproved and come out clean to take up this noble profession in the eyes of public. Get yourself mentally relieved to focus on the advocate's job in future.

You can not act as an advocate but definitely can appear to represent your own case.
