Terspasser in private land

Sir,
I have a land in chennai which belongs to my mother.Some trespasser have come there and settled there by building a small house.Unfortunately the document of the land is also missing. I went yesteraday and took an EC, and the land is still in my mothers name.What can i do??!

Give a police complaint against the trespassers.
Contact the jurisdictional VAO for getting patta.

you can apply dublicate patta and make complaint on trespasser at police station

If your period of dispossession is below 12 years,file a suit for declaration of your title and for recovery of possession. if it is more than 12 years,it is better to forget all about since it is not good to waste your good money over the bad.

It is below 12 years its only 5 years now since they have come...but i dont have the original document.can i go to the court with copy of document?? And if i give recovery of possession will they vacate instantly??

Never admit their possession, always say they are obstracting ur peaseful possession,if u admit their possession though it is illegal it will be difficult rather immposile for u to disposses them.all pares u will get in revenue office s

Sir one more Question...Can i go to court with copy of document and an EC...will i get the same priority???!! And how much time will it take to clear these people of my land?!
