Want to do LLB with CA

Sir
I am a CA Final student from punjab.I want to do LLB since i have also completed my Bcom.Since i have left with 1 more year in CA, so i can not join regular LLB for the first year. After CA , i can manage classes.Plz tell me the university under wich i can join LLB now in Punjab. Refer me the university which is liberal & i need to giv only term end xams & need not attend classes.I wish you can understand what i am trying to say.

Dear Sahil,
Your desire to do LLB with CA, no doubt, is appreciable. But, before taking a final decision to do that, you must first decide whether you want to enter in to profession of an advocate or an Accounts & Finance man in the corporate world. If you wish to become an advocate, probably the years devoted in your CA articles and acquiring CA qualification may provide you little help in your advocacy profession. Similarly, LLB along with CA may not help much in your profession of a Chartered Accountant unless you decide to become a Company Secretary. Moreover, I think there is sufficient exposure of commercial laws in your CA syllabus also.
However, if you wish to enter in to a profession of a Tax Consultant, of course LLB qualification can help you much along with your CA qualification. So, it is better you first plan your career instead of jumping haphazardly in to any academic career.
About your desire to do LLB without attending classes, no University is so liberal to allow you doing LLB this way. Of course if some college provide you facility of proxy attendance that is another thing. But none such college would even commit in writing to be doing so, what to say of the community members, if knowing about such college to name that. However, some universities, like Osmania, of course allow distant education in LLB in academic law, of which you can take advantage, but practicing as an advocate may not be possible without a regular course in LLB.
Of course after entering in to your selected profession, you would be able to attend any of the several evening law colleges that may be near your place to add an LLB degree to your existing qualifications.

The real reason is that i belong to business family & post probably i will be doing my own family business instead of Practicing as a CA or Lawyer.I feel that though these professional degrees i will be able to manage my business easily.So, plz help me
