Dear Experts ,in partition suit declartory decree it is for final hearing ,in this suit the difandants was not attended the court ,can i withdraw the case at this final hearing ?how to withdraw? i want to compramise out of court.

It is better to compromise the matter before the court. If you are already compromised your case out side the court, on the said reason you may withdraw a case by filing a memo
