Sir,
i have just started practice, so i want to know about procedure of filing a complaint in district consumer court jaipur(whether pie papers are compulsory for a complaint) and about written statement.
and please give me information about the postal order whether it is Rs 100 or 110

Pl procure the latest copy of the CPAct and Rules. You will find all the details. Further in the Registry of the Forum details about the fees payable and mode of payment etc. are notified on the notice board.
