Can i show as wife cruelty

Respected,

I would like to know wehther below points can be consider as cuelty,

1) wife living in her mother house wilfully without husband concern
2) not cohabiting with husband
3) avoiding physical relationship with husband
4) sleeping separetly from the husband in same room
5) jumping from train in station in last moment while leaving from her mother home to matrimonial home
6) In husbands mother funeral day forcing husband to levae her in her mother/sister home by not bothering husbands feeling on his mother death( when he need most support from his wife in these occasions)even all the husbands relations are there & few still visiting to meet us on our mothers death
7) despite of several attempt to call her back but she is not joining the husband
8) despite several times went to her home to call her but she is not joining the husband
9) she & mother in-law threating to raise false cases if i didnt provide maintenance to her even though she is not staying with me ( am proving the maintenance)

and am a muslim, request you to please guide me

if you have evidence to support then what ever you have stated amounts to cruelty,being
muslim ,you can talaq talaq talaq.
maintenance problem or payment of dower will be only issue before you.

Dear Prabhakar,

Thanks for advice,
Current am providing the maintenance
I have not taken any dowry that both the families knows ( even if she rasie false case against me am ready to fight)

But still i want to give her a chance if she join me its fine otherwise hope all these information is required to prove my innocense

I pray to Allah - she joins me, otherwise why i should suffer becuase of her act

try at the best if you succeed then it is OK otherwise it is batter to file litigation against her.
