Help me getting the sef number corrected in my document

hi all,

can anyone please provide me the information regarding the sef number got changed in my land document.
The scenario is the sef number in my current document is wrong when i compare with the number in the registration list in the muncipal office.

can anyone please let me know the procedure how i can get this corrected in my document too..:(

Apply for correction of record to autharities.

Thanks Bhagwat.. can you please explain me how i can do that..what do you exactlt mean by correction of recors to autharities... is that we need to spend certain amount on that...
