sir this with regard assignment of property which is located in India can a person who is an indian can assign the property to foreign person situated in Switzerland I hope that the experts would be kind enough and would not feel angry for my querry. is this query come under the contract act or in the transfer of property act would the Indian stamp would come play for these type of transactions

A foreign national can not acquire any property in India without the permission of the RBI which is sparingly granted.

Contract/TP/Indian stamp act?

I tell you brother, all three act has there different scopes. where question is relating to the terms of contract then contract act would apply. when the mode of transfer or its validity is questioned then TP act applied. and when it is pertaining to the question of stampduty then stamp act would apply.

Does assignment of property mean Government Assignment under Welfare scheme? If so, go through the Conditions of 'Assignment'
