Search of the property

Dear Experts,

I am a Jr. Advocate.
I have referred with a query to search the title of the flat.
The flat is financed by Bank. Bank is having registered Sale Deed and NOC of the Builder with them as they have created mortgage Deed.

Now it is learnt by the officials of the Bank that borrower has cheated various banks by forging the documents.. now builder is also absconding and not in place. There is no society registered.
Kindly guide that from where I can get appropriate information about the exact title and charges created over the flat.
