I am an Ayurved Doctor, I want to transfer my practice to an MBBS (allopathic )doctor via an agreement,please guide me to a format of agreement

What do you mean by transfer of practice that too Ayurvedic practice to Allopathic? Can you please elaborate the facts properly so that one can understand your query and then try to answer?

How can you practice allopathic? Without course/degree. What do you want about agreement?? Please explain....

Any agreement do not give you legal right to do practice of some other field until you possess due qualification and necessary licenses/recognition from competent authorities for running that practice.

Unless you are qualified in allopathic medicines and registered with the Medical Coucil of India to practise in allopathic system, you cannot do so.

Law does not permit such an agreement to be arrived at.
