i wants file a summary suit,about leagle dues. before filling a suit,there is leagle demand notice is mandatory?

no it is not mandatory but advisable to issue a legal notice

There is no law to issue notice before filing recovery suit. As shri ajay sethi advised issue notice before filing suit.
