I am an Ayurved Doctor, I want to transfer my practice to an MBBS (allopathic )doctor via an agreement,please guide me to a format of agreement

Unless you are qualified in allopathic medicine system and registered with the Medical Council of India to practise in allopathic medicne system you cannot do so.

Law does not permit such an agreement to be arrived at.
