Marriage with 1st cousin

I'm a State Govt (West Bengal) employee and wanted to marry my 1st cousin ( mother's sister's daughter) who is also a State Govt (West Bengal) employee in another department. How ? We both are Hindu and unmarried.

The marriage can not be performed under hindu law as you both are related as 'sapindas'from mother side.

'"sapinda relationship" with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive)in the line of ascent through the mother,'"

You can not marry even under SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT BECAUSE THERE ALSO UNDER SCHEDULE I ENTRY
36. Mother's sister's daughter
IS A PROHIBITED RELATION SHIP U/S.2(b).
