How to change/correct father's name in all my certificates?

1.My father's actual name is "P.VENKATESHWARLU" in all his legal documents and certificates. But in society he also called "P.VENKATESHWAR RAO".
2.In all my certificates my father's name is named as "P.VENKATESHWAR RAO". In addition another mistake is done at my SSC certificate i.e., "P.VENKATESHWAR RAO" spelled as "P.VENKARESHWAR RAO".
With all these discrepancies i'm facing problems while applying driving license,passport,adhaar card etc.
My question is that how to change my Father's name from "P.Venkateshwar Rao" to "P.Venkateshwarlu" in all my certificates. And also correction in SSC certificate.

according to your father, no problem between certificate name and usage name.,
but your certificates should be same as your father's recordical name., so,
1] you may request your education department to correct the error.,
2] your father can apply to gazatte for changing his name as per your record's name.,

you can change the names in your certificates by the issuing authorities,provided the error was on their part.
otherwise,you can make the name change of your father as suggested by Mr.Tom. However,in this case,the names in certificates will not be changed. But you can keep a copy of the notification along with certificates to prove the same.

I ADVISED EARLIER QUERY:
AFFIDAVIT OF UR FATHER Name with effect from xx-yy-2011,Â
Then Publish in Govt Gazette, the change of name.Â
Then Post it by Regd Post to All concerned with Regn No. of the same , notify the same. & get the Record up-dated accordingly.Â
These are repeated query, already ANSWERED MANY TIMES. .
