Dear Experts of the forum,
I have filed a case in a district court for effecting partition from a family member, the case is yet to come for hearing, but the injunction is granted ( until further orders).
My Query is, as i have the WILL written by the person ( Biological father ) to whom the property had come from my Grand mother. The fact is the respondents had agreed ( to this extent, they have replied to my Plaint) to the fact that the existance of WIll of my Grand mother. Under these circumstances can i approach the Revenue( or Apropriate authorities) for the implimentation of WILL of my Biological father.

If the other side is admitting the existence of will is not sufficient to prove the case. You have to prove the will by examining the at least 2 attested witness. If you failed to do so, court may consider as will is not proved.
