hello sir,
state scrutiny committee cancelled the community certificate.against the order we first challenged in high court but dismissed and supreme court also dismissed the appeal.
sir now any possibility to file the cancellation order in the same high court in another grounds?
since we having enough evidences which we got from RTI Act.
kindly give ur valuable opinion please.

You can once again file a review petition, along with your new evidences, before the scrutiny committee. Based on the result you can start a fresh round of the legal battle, if needed.

But the anthropologist in the state scrutiny committee didn't have knowledge about my community since he didn't researched my community during my enquiry period, as per kumari maduri patil judgement by supreme court ,this i got through RTI Act sir.
SO CAN I ONCE AGAIN APPORACH THE HIGH COURT INSTEAD OF STATE COMMITTEE SIR.

You shall have to again pass the process through Scrutiny committee only then you can make its appeal before High court as you have newer facts now in hand.

yes! experts are right you have to go from where you began earlier-Scrutiny committee only and then to court if need arises..

The high court will not entertain WRIT, if you by pass the scrutiny committee. If you approach the HC without going to the scturitny committee, the HC may issue directions to the scrutiny committee to consider matter.
But, if you approach the HC once the committee rejects your claim, the HC may issue directions to issue community certificate itself.
Choice is yours.
