Share of daughter from ancestral property after 75 years

To get the share of the ancestral property from his father / brothers after age 0f 75yrs is it possible ???
Weather questioning regarding the partition , which was not registered but khatha are transferred to brothers in the 1984 by unregistered partition. The unregistered partition can Void???? The share of the properties can be claimed by aged about 70yrs.
The law clarity required regarding the 1956 amendments.

Did you slept these long time... Law will not help you. Any how you can challenge the partition on 1984 if you have a good claim? Get in touch with a near by advocate
