You will get new corrected index 2 only for altered matter ,along with old index2 you apply to revenue autharities.

Mr. Bhagwat Patiljee has rightly answered. Every registered document have a Index II along with it is mentioned in Index II i.e. type of document registered such as sale deed or rectification deed mentioned therein.
