r/sir
my client was forced to pay execess bill of electicity. now he wants to file a suit. my client paid the execessive bill ,that was tripple the averge bills under protest.kindly suggest what is the remedy for my client.

Issue a legal notice and demand the excessive amount charged and also claim interest @ 18% p.a.

You may file your complain before Consumer Court mentioning all these facts and justify fromn your past bills, you may ask interest and compensation for haressmwnt.
