Arrest after ab expiry

(Querist) 10 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
I took AB and also submitted surety (bond) in the police station, not the court. My IO is really against me since I didn't pay any bribe and I have made several complaints to senior officers. The IO tried to cancel my bail and get me arrested twice already.

My chargesheet is ready according to some sources, and I am now summoned on the pretext of investigation. My AB is only valid for 60 days and it is now more than 4 months.

Can I still get arrested immediately after chargesheet? How much time do I have for regular bail? The IO is looking for any excuse to have me arrested. Please help.

Have you got the AB regularised through the lower court.
Had you done so you would have the risk of getting arrested again.
Anyway since the chargesheet is submitted, getting the bail should not be a difficulty.

yes, you run the risk of getting arrested.
