Sir,
I have a stilt parking in my society and have purchased it from builder in year 2001 ? what is the status of my stilt after the supreme court order ? second question one of member of our society has approached consumer court stating that it is illegal. He is a defaulter member and SOCIETY HAS filed 101 against his name ? has he right to file the case ? pl reply ...

mere for the reason that a person is being prosecuted for certain number of cases will not dis entitle him from pursing legal remedies.

you continue to be owner of stilt car parking slot . since your coopertaive society has not set aside allotments made by builder you continue to be owner .
a defaulter member can file case . no bar

Sir, thanks for the reply... This tainted member has approached Consumer court for the stilt and other society matters... Can consumer court accept his application and proceed with the hearing ?
