Accidental case

I met with an accident on yesterday the other person who injured my scooter filed a case against me in the thane. The SI of the thane slap me when i said that medical should be on both side.He slap me without any reason but i have no proof 4 the slap.what action can i take in this case.Plz guide me as early as possible.

file a complaint against the said SI with his higher authorities.

Then file a complaint case in court.

Also, you should have gone to the nearest Hospital, gotten yourself treated for accident. The doctor would have called police and a record would have been created.

seek professional help of some local lawyer to proceed in the matter.

that is "police" in india. just lodge a written complaint against him before his higher authority..

as usually there wont be any response. then go to court.
