Whether No Objection Certificate is needed for a man who got 3 children, 2 daughters (Married) and a son (Yet to get marry)to get second marriage, 10 years after his first wife's death.(First Wife was a Govt. Employee and this man is also a Govt. Employee and in addition he is now receiving his wife's pension also). Thanks in advance.

if your first wife is dead you dont need any permission for remarriage .

yes., while first wife is no more there is no problem to getting second marriage.. even just go through mr.prabhakar's opinion.. why that man need one more marriage in this age?

Dear Sirs
if we give our opinion as an advocate, It is not our task to suggest that one should remarriage or not.
But if a social advice is needed, We can say that second marriage may create many problems.
However the sex only is not criteria of a marriage. In deed in old age it is the wife who is a reason for life.

No NOC is required since the first wife is dead. Regarding pension of deceased wife, you will have to checkup. We can not find fault in somebody who aspires for second marriage though becomes old. Marriage at that age might not be for sex but for having a companion who would take care of the person. Nowadays, all are very busy - the family members do not find time to serve their parents. He might be planning for second marriage to have a companion.
