Transfer of case

(Querist) 07 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Sir i file a case of medical negligence against a doctor in District consumer court Narnaul in 2010 for a compensation of 20 lacs,but now expences are more on child treatment so i want to increase compentation to 1 crore,so how i can transfer my case to state consumer court or ncdrc delhi.pls help me.

You have to first amend the petition and then apply for return of petition for filing it in proper forum.

Amend the petition and then pray for the transfer of the case to the proper forum in view of the changed circumstances.
