A person is going to USA for study purpose and during his stay abroad desires to execute a GPA in favour of his father to look after his affairs in India.It includes power to dispose off his immovable property.The Executant belongs to Delhi.Will it be necessary to register it? What will be the value of stamp paper upon which it should be executed?

not required to be registered . notarised power of attorney will do . need rs 500 / stamp paper atleast in mahrashtra .

registration would be necessary only if relates to immoveable property . to sell , purchase property .
