sir,
i have given booking amount to builder.(Rs.50000)and i will go for next step before going i requested to builder please give your property releted all document(xerox copy) just verification from our property lawyer.that time he did not give document and i cancalled deal.and booking amt give him by cheque befor one month and no once legel doc sign betm me and builder ,many time i rquest to him pls give the my booking amt but he dont care and he told me i dont give the mony to you..pls advise what legel action teken aginst builder...

Complaint is not necessary, directly you can issue legal notice to the builder.

after issuing notice ,if he is never agree to return token amt withing given time ,that time what action we can get aginst builder ..pls ..
just what happan in next step with legel concern...

move consumer forum against the builder for deficency in service .

thank for valuble suggetion but if i do police complaint against builder that time what action take the police aginst builder, 1 stege and second stege with legel concern.... this informtion only knowledge for us...pls sirr

you are at liberty to lodge complaint with police if you so desire against builder for cheating . police will investigate the offence .

for filing police complaint you have to see if you can make a case of cheating u/s 415 IPC.
You have to prove any misrepresentation inducing you to part with the money.
Police will side with the builder.
So going to cnsumer court can be considered.
