Suporting supremecourt authorities

there is oral contract between two parties. it is a commercial contract . both parties have claimed past as well as future interest at24%rate of interest.
i request expert members to provide supreme court authorities to support interest rate 24%applicable and so court shouldn't reduce it to 6%?
also i request for authorities in support of vexatious counter claim and defense of defendent
