Hi i am Senthil. A property which is in the name of my mother and her brother. Due to family issue and in order to clear debts we made an agreement to a 3rd person. The sale deed was made on January in that sale deed duration mentioned to complete the registration was 3 months after that duration whether the sale deed is valid or not we have not received any prior notice from the party whom we have made an agreement.

you must have created an Agreement to Sell where in the date for registration of Sale was mentioned.
your obligation was to make yourself present before the Registrar on the appointed day.
if the time has elapsed then you may serve a legal notice upon the vendee.
seek help of a local lawyer.
