My pending case at gujrat high court scince may 2011 last date of listing 3/9/2012
after this date there is not updation till this date now what can i do Case no.SCRA 1113-2011 The metter is land scam by nri in 2004 march sale agreement done 1171000/-taken cash against 3131000/-comitment after taken money the party is gne away USA We wate scine 3 years special civil suit filed by us the notice of civil suit accepted by owner at usa but after reciving notice owener came india and GIFTED same property to his nep's son.we complaint criminal court M CASE BY COURT at 05/09/2007 but the party is gone away USA after gifted same land the PI OF concirn police station is returned the M CASE TO COURT now till this the littigunt continue lower court session court and high court but not decide till this day
