Dear Experts
I have to file a detailed intervention application in Execution proceedings under Order 21 of CPC as I am a stranger who wants to intervene.
However before I file a detailed application, I need to brief the court by way of a small application that I need to intervene these proceedings without giving much detail of contents of my future application…
Is there any provision under CPC that I can file a short application under some provisions of CPC and seek time from the court to file a detailed application later.
Or can I just mention in simple english application that I am intervening proceedings without quoting any CPC section for a short application allowance.???
Thank you

Why court should oblige a stranger to intervene? What is your relationship with that execution petition? What is the reason to intervene?
All these are basic questions which you shall have not only to mention in the application but shall also have to annex documentary evidence otherwise why a competent court should restrict itself in implementing its own judgment?

You need not file brief statement separately. In the single petition you can explain the reason for intervention.
File petition under 21 Rule 97 cpc.

Intervention petition under order 21 Rule 97 of CPC requires detailed reasons to be mentioned.
