I file case of intrim maintainance against my husband. From last 4 date he is not come in court. I live in house of my husband name . Loan of icici bank. As husband is not ready to pay emi. Bank pressurised to pay emi. What i do . How many time required to get maintainance. I have 7y Son with me. My husband not taking any responsibility of both.

dont worry court will pass order for interim maintenance . if husband is not attending court can pass order in his absence

what about bank loan . Is any process under which we can force husband to pay home loan of icici bank. As i pay all due charge of cheque n face many problem by bank. He publish title verification notice in news paper i took objection . Can he sell the house. As i am the co applicant for loan . what i do for bank matter

obatin an injunction from court restraining him from selling the said flat . you ahve right to stay in said flat . court can direct husband to pay EMIs

my lawer said no such solution. what i ask him. can i submit the salary slip of him to court. HE earn 75000/ p.m. He is IT Manager in Samsonit South Asia Pvt. Ltd. Can i get his salary slip under Mahiticha Adikar. Casn i go to company to recive his salary slip.

The court can not force him to make the payment towards EMI though it can force him to pay you.
You would get interim maintenance but if the bank attaches the property then you have to leave it and apply to court for alternative accommodation.
