If the Learned Judge will not follow the HIGH COURT or APEX COURT judgment and Learned judge passed illegal judgment against the judgement of Hon'ble The Chief Of Justice Jharkhand already passed judgment for same suit premises , then how can I file a petition to the HIGH COURT CHIEF JUSTICE for necassary action as per RULE of LAW. Is there any proforma regarding complaint petition?? I have valid proof and evidence,,, the case was remanded back by 1st additional judge to learned judge and 1st additional judge ordered him to consider his points,,, but learned judge judgment was so illegal that he neglected four judges judgment including the judgment of Hon'ble The Chief Of Justice Jharkhand,,,
I have sufficient proof so prove his judgment is illegal and full of corruptions.

You have to challenge the orders in regular course of appeal or revision.

You shall have to do manifold actions at the same time. On the one hand, you shall have to file the appeal against the impugned judgment before the appellate court within the stipulated time and on the other hand should meet the visiting judge of your district in the High Court with the documents of your case and should have to make a written complaint supported with your affidavit.
BUT if only the judgment has been made wrongly and there is no iota of corruption then there is no use to make such complaint and do confine to your appeal.

dont file any complaint aginst judge . merely file appeal aginst the impugned order and rely upon judgements which has not been followed
