Lease deed

Dear All,

What are all the implications for signing the lease deed without lessor obtaining the NOC from the lenders??
Kindly guide

What do you mean by Lenders?
The lessor generally does not require any NOC.

NOC of lenders is not required but already mortgaged property cannot be mortgaged prior to its redemption.
