Hindu Mothers residential apartment property at hyderabad. Mother died in 1998.no will.
Father died now leaving 2 sons 1 daughter. Daughter in USA.
They would like to dispose property ASAP. But want to secure proper doc and bring it in their name.
Advocate in hyderabad said there is only family certificate and no legal heir certificate in AP. It is either succession or no other doc.
Queries
1. Whether legal heir certificate is issued
2. Can they sell as it is with only power from USA sister
3. Does it take long time for succession in hyderabad
4. Mutation requirement for making the apartment records in 3 children name

2. If power is duly registered even in India after its receipt from USA then definitely they jointly can sale.
3. No.
4. No mandatory but definitely is on safer side.
