respected sir/madam,
i m a law student,
my query is- if any criminal case is going on me when i m doing law, bar council issues me sanad if any case is on me?

Yes!It would.A pending case would be no bar.

But conviction would be for sure if held guilty for an offence involving moral turpitude.

You can easily get the Sanad during the pendancy of a criminal case against you.
