Adding 2nd spouse's name

Dear Expertise,

I am an Indian Muslim

I was married to a girl who then ran away with just a notice saying she needs divorse. Its been 2 years I have no where abouts of hers.
I now got married and want my 2nd Spouse name in my passport by removing 1st Spouse Name.

I reside in Dubai & I am NRI. As per muslim law I am allowed to marry more than & should be entitled to include my 2nd wife's name in my passport.

Please advice how can I achieve this by contacting Indian Embassy In Dubai.

Try to file an application for correction of details in the passport office in the Indian Embassy.
If this does not work, then you have to file an application for the same in India.

You need to make representation to the passport office for this purpose and you shall definitely get the desired relief.
