False dowry and death case

Hi All,
My chacha and chachi got married in jan 2013 and on 19/7/13 my chachi passed away. She was allergic to wheat/flour and was very careless in her diet. she was fine just a little headache and suddenly she vomited twice her BP was low. We called up her family members. They were with us when we were taking her to Hospital but we couln't save her life.
Relations between both families were very good and chacha-chachi were happy in their married life.
Reason of her death is not known and post mortem reports are not come yet but my chachi's parents complained against my family for dowry and kiling her.
In reality there was no domestic violence with her in any way nor we have demanded dowry. She was a teacher and everyone ealse is also educated and working in my family.
My chachu is still in police custody.
Her relatives are threatening us that we killed her daughter and now they will also take revenge and we also loose one member.
We are in sorrow and pain of losing my chachi, I and all of us loved her a lot but we are afraid too. we didn't do anything wrong plz help how do we'll get out of this..
Please please please give ur opinion on this i will be very grateful if you can help us in any way.

the allegations made have to be proved in court of law . if there is no dowry harassment you have nothing to fear . you have stated that your aunt was allergic to wheat and suffered from low Bp . you must have doctor reports to that effect .rely upon said reports to show that it was on account of her own ill health and her carelessness she fell ill and inspite of doctor efforts she could not be saved .

Agree with the advise of expert ajay sethi ji. The death has happened at your chachu place, it is a serious matter.You have to defend the case with the help of some senior criminal lawyer. Collect all evidences of allergy as alleged by you.

Autopsy report(post mortem) has not come so far you say but why?
Take care of this area so that no manipulation is caused by the other side as that would be telling the cause of death.

there are "N" no of questions.
If she was allergic to wheat how did she survive till now and how death is caused?
How many persons were aware of wheat allergy which could cause death?
It is your chacha who has to prove he3 is innocent. Police just have to prove that there was a marriage followed by unnatural death within 7 years.
