Suppose a renowned law firm PQR having its head quarter in London. it also has a branch in Japan. an auto-mobile company XYZ of Japan and a Partnership firm of India ABC entered into a contract of import export of cars, and after some time due to that contract XYZ suffered a huge loss. The contract was intered into india. now XYZ seeks help of PQR law firm branch at japan and send a legal notice to ABC.
now my question is that, can a foreign law firm send a legal notice to a indian partnership firm. will it be in binding in nature. and if yes then can you suggest me the legal provisions or legal settlement over this proposition.

Is there any arbitration agreement or a arbitration clause regarding settlement of disputes in the contract.

No there is no as such arbitration agreement or arbitration clause to settle the dispute.

The legal notice is valid. Take the services of a lawyer and reply to the notice.
