Sir/Madam
Our property was under dispute until 1999 of April, in the month of Oct the court give the permission to access the land. My father had given a GPA to one person(gangadhar). But the whole property was divided & registered in the year 2002. For the GPA only my father has signed, by uncles remaining 3 of them were not signed.My father got expired in the month of Aug 2006. The GPA holder had saleded the Property to 2 members of the same family with out any intimations in the month of April 2006. Whether i have the rights to file a case regarding this issue.

If there was right to sale in that GPA then the possibility in the suit is very very bleak on many grounds including limitation etc.
