Stay order

(Querist) 06 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
My elder brother has taken stay order on my wholly owned property which i have purchased 2 years back on my wife's name. What should i do to remove the stay order.
He is claiming that the property belongs to him.
I live in varanasi (UP).
please somebody help me.

engage a local lawyer . take out application for vacating stay . enclose documents showing your wife is the owner of said property
