you must have engaged a local lawyer to file your case . i do hope that in respect of original documents of property are duly stamped and registered . based on averments made in the suit you would be cross examined .

Very strange.Do not you have lawyer engaged. it is practically imposible to guide you.
Is this one shop alone building or there are more shops or other constructions with many floors in the building?
In case it is one shop building what is his case when he has denied you to be his landlord?
There are innumerable questions to be considered before one can guide you what cross examination you may be asked to face, resolution where of can not take place here at LCI without going with either side pleadings(your plaint & his W.S.) documentary evidences and your chief examination.

In fact, you need to hire a lawyer urgently to guide you and defend your position on proper analysis of your case after examination of your documents. So, don't lose any time in hiring services of a capable lawyer.
