Query on supreme court judgement

(Querist) 10 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
May I request your for your kind response to my following queries please.

1.what is the time period for filing review petition related to Supreme court judgement...I heard it is 30 days .Is it true ?In case of delay like receipt of judgement is delayed....petitioner could not file it due to serious illness etc.

2. Petitioner is a poor man from back ward community but well educated want to defend his case on his own. What are the provisions in supreme court to allow such person to defend his case himself in the court .

3. In case of review petition filed after judgement in Supreme court is there any chance of reverse/negative(ceasing of facilities offered) of earlier judgement ?

4.Is there any advocate who take up his case on contract basis/mutual agreement that lawyer fee be paid as agreed upon after favourable judgement?

Thanking You,
With regards,

Dear querist
my opinion on your queries are as under:

1.what is the time period for filing review petition related to Supreme court judgement...I heard it is 30 days .Is it true ?In case of delay like receipt of judgement is delayed....petitioner could not file it due to serious illness etc.
Opinion: yes it is 30 days after receipt of judgement. file con donation petition along with the review.

2. Petitioner is a poor man from back ward community but well educated want to defend his case on his own. What are the provisions in supreme court to allow such person to defend his case himself in the court .
Opinion: file an application before court regarding permission to fight the case by own.

3. In case of review petition filed after judgement in Supreme court is there any chance of reverse/negative(ceasing of facilities offered) of earlier judgement ?
Opinion: its depend on the question raised by the petitioner.

4.Is there any advocate who take up his case on contract basis/mutual agreement that lawyer fee be paid only after favourable judgement?
Opinion: i don't think so that any advocate can fight the case with this type of condition.
