Return of materials todivorced wife

My son married in2007. Family court granted Divorce exparte on Mental cruelty grounds( not appeared for long).
1. After marriage she brought, house hold articles like refrigerator, Bed,TV, utensils etc.
2. No Gold/ Silver items available.
There is no mention reg. how to return them.
8 months passed. There is no request from their end.
We want to get rid off them because we are not using and it is space in our small house.
We are not in touch with them for the past more than 5years.
Kindly guide how long we should wait and keep it.
What is the correct way of getting rid of above mentioned materials.

You can always send the article by through any Logistic company.

Write them a letter mentioning all articles requesting them to take back with in 15 days failing which tell them the same would be dispatched to them by a transporter and GR
would be sent by registered post.
Then do accordingly.

As the divorce has taken place recently so your son might have address of his inlaws. Inform his ex. wife to collect the items within a stipulated time failing which to dislose off those. See the reaction and take further action accordingly.
