Property dispute

Sir,

Some local people are trying to acquire my land and they are doing construction forcibly. S.D.O already released notice of 144 on that land but still they are doing construction even police station is not listening. please help what we should do

take stay order from civil court.

file suit in court and obtain injunction restraining them from carrying out any further construction
