Respected Sirs,
There is an outstanding from the party and the party is delaying payment on one context or the other. Further, they are not responding to phone calls/ letters and avoiding to talk.
Excepting Civil Case for recovery, is there any possibility to file a criminal complaint against the party for cheating, mischief etc. If yes, how to proceed in this regard.
Regards,
PAVAN

Dear Author,
If you have sufficient documents regarding dues amount then you send notice to Mr.B and after that as per your desire you may proceed with civil or criminal case.

If there is long dealing with that party then the plea of cheating is not tenable before law but if the same is first dealing then criminal case can be tried.

Criminal case do not bar recovery suit. Even both proceedings can be initiated simultaneously.
