dear experts,wife filed dv act section 12,23,23(2)18,20,22.interim maintenance of 4000 passed for wife and husband didn't paid yet.husband filed rcr,child cutody.please let me know if husband not paid the maintenance will the court issue arrest warrant for husband.becoz if husband filed rcr then it means he wants to keep his wife.is there a chance for arrest warrant against husband.when wife leaves the matrimonial home she gave in writing on stamp paper that she is withdrawing the society on her own will.and husband has the recording of wife and her father which they are saying that after having two kids we will give him poison and take over the whole share of him.

husband is bound to comly with court orders . if husband fails to do so wife can take execution pproceedings against husband . filing of RCR would not absolve you of responsibility of paying maintenance as per court orders .

If the husband does not pay he would be put behind bars.
Merit of RCR would not be taken into account now.

Court orders should be complied, husband would be in trouble if execution proceedings started.
