Can husband file divorce even if wife is not ready to give

Sir i m aaryan nd married in 2006 emotionally forcefull of my parents nd my wife's brother.nd i have two daughters one is 7yrs n other is 4yrs.she is not caring me nd my family nd not behave like wife, daily disputes between us.now i want to divorce her but she never ready to give divorce me.Can i file the divorce? or any suggestion how to divorce her

yes you can file for divorce .however before filing for divorce visit a marriage counsellor . for sake of your 2 young daughters try to save your marriage . please note that contested divorces take years

Author sir,
Every body is / was at fault but not you, Parents and brother forcefully married you, you were helpless, you lived to gather for 8-9 years and two daughters born you were helpless.
Your wife is not cooperating and not giving divorce, she is at fault not you. You are helpless.
Your marriage was forceful, your living to gather for 8-9 years was forceful, birth of two daughters was forceful, behavior of your wife is non-bearable, not agreeing for divorce on your wish is forceful, pity on you.
Sir, life is not a joke, try to be serious and try to enjoy what you have got in-spite of finding fault, blaming others and put at stake the life of two little daughters for your baseless thinking.
Though everybody including you has right to destroy / spoil his / her life and nobody can prevent, if he / she has decided so.
Law allows you to file divorce case, but I doubt it would help you in getting it easily, till your wife agrees.

But sir its my life, not the trial n error.I m not love her nd i can not live with her.i want to live my life enjoyfuliy , not in stressfully.And that lady if not accept me within 7-8years so what is the hope that she will accept in future
